| Education | Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a master’s degree in Educational Policy & Administration from the University of Minnesota. | |
| Experience | Rachel was as a student-athlete for the Gophers Cross Country/Track & Field team. After graduating in 2004, she returned to the U of M for her master's degree. During this time, she interned with the Student-Athlete Welfare program and began working full-time as the coordinator of Student-Athlete Welfare in August of 2008 before moving into an academic counseling role in July 2010. | |
