| Education | Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth Campus. He also earned his M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology at Springfield College in Massachusetts. |
| Experience | After receiving his M.Ed., Chris moved to Houston to take a job at Milby High School, where he was an Academic Coach with the football team. His position was sponsored by the Play It Smart program, which works with Inner City High School football teams to help students increase their GPAs and test scores so they have a better chance of getting into college. After Milby, Chris took a job as an Academic Counselor at the University of Houston. During his time at UH, Chris worked with the Football and Women’s Basketball teams. | What you should know about Chris | During the winter a lot of Chris’s spare time is taken up by hockey. He plays for the ThunderChickens, and also coaches a youth team called the Dinomights. When he is not playing hockey you will probably find Chris having lunch in Dinkytown or running around Lake Nokomis. In October of 2006 Chris ran his first marathon and is considering running the Chicago Marathon this year. |
